Description

A5643 is a 4320 x 3080 resolution global shutter CMOS image sensor with 5.6um pixel pitch. The sensor can achieve 380fps with 10bit ADC mode at full resolution, up to 8 windows in vertical direction supported. A5643 pipelined global shutter pixel with true CDS and multi-slope HDR make it low noise, low PLS, suitable for 3D laser scanning, high speed imaging, and other machine vision application.

A5643 has 12bit/10bit/8bit ADC, PLL and timing generation on chip. Both external and internal trigger mode supported, make it easy for system integration.
